Bliss Beneath is dedicated to providing our customers with a hassle free, pleasant online shopping experience, and we guarantee the quality and value of our merchandise. We understand sometimes it's necessary to change an order and we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate these requests.

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact Bliss Beneath immediately by phone or email and we will assist you with a prompt exchange, or store credit.

 

Bras can be returned in person at our store, or by mail within two weeks of delivery date. Garments must be unwashed, unworn, and free of scent and stains, with their original packaging and all tags attached, and a copy of your original invoice. Items must be returned postage-paid in a bubble mailer to the address below.  Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please be sure to include your name and contact information along with date of purchase. We recommend that you send your return to Bliss Beneath via an insured carrier. Bliss Beneath will not be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit. All returns will be processed for store credit only. Due to health regulations and for hygienic reasons panties, thongs, and any kind of underwear are a FINAL SALE.
